Pinch of Poetry

I enjoy poetry, and while I don't consider myself to be a poet by any means, I believe that there are several members of my family who are skilled at creating poetry, including my brother, my cousin, and my father. After returning to school this week, I am reminded of one of my favorite poems written by my brother, who wrote the following in high school after receiving inspiration from a cafeteria tray. It's an imagery poem (which we learned about in high school too).

Lunch on Thursday

Greens on the left,
Wheat, processed;
Pile of - I don't know -
But it is reddish-orange.
