S'mores Bites: Fall Foods Pt. IV

Here's a recipe that I've never actually tried but had an idea for while camping in early October. S'mores can typically be messy, and you usually only have them while outside. This recipe allows for them to hopefully be a little easier to handle as well as more ideal for making at home. Please note that I can't vouch for whether it's good or not...if you try it, tell me what you think!

S'mores Bites
Per s'more bite:
  • Take a jumbo marshmallow and lightly toast it (e.g. in a toaster oven or over a safe, contained fire) so that it is still solid on the outside and slightly gooey on the inside
  • Dip the marshmallow in melted chocolate (chocolate syrup or fudge will do if, like me, you don't have time to melt the chocolate yourself)
  • Roll the chocolate marshmallow in crumbled graham crackers to give it a good outer coating
  • Stick a toothpick in it and have a bite!
  • NOTE: You can get creative with either the chocolate dipping (using mint chocolate or caramel or other sweet flavors) as well as the graham cracker outer shell. That's part of the fun of it...try different ideas and see which ones you like the best.
