Week in Review: 12/30-1/6

A brief review of the past week:

• Hanging out in Austin with the Lewis clan (both Texas and Colorado)
• New Year's Eve games with Mike, Lisa, Julie, & Beth (lots of laughter involved)
• Hello 2010!
• New Years' Day with the Shay Clan including breakfast tacos and exploring new paths in a San Antonio park
• Playing more games: Balderdash, Bang, and a prototype of Primary
• Tasted the 3rd best burger in Texas at Alamo Springs Cafe
• Visited with our Richmond-San Antonio friends the Greendykes
• A third visit to Redeemer, followed by a sub extravaganza at Mike & Lisa's, before we had to say farewell to San Antonio
• A Cajun dinner (and fried okra!) with the Lewis clan for our final Texas evening
• Said goodbye to our families, sadly, and thankful for the wonderful memories made and time together
• Breakfast tacos and big blue skies to remember Texas by until our next visit
• Enjoyed traveling through the South
• Hooked 'em in Tuscaloosa (a dangerous act of naivete)
• Returned home safely, thankful for the blessings we have been given!
• Treated to some delicious wontons by our landlord's family upon our return to Richmond
