After fixing a giant batch of pinto beans, Aubree came up with the clever idea of using our extras to make some bean-burger patties, which turned into a great sandwich I now call Aubree's Bean Burger Torta.

Aubree's Bean Burger Torta
- Mix equal parts beans and rice
- Add a handful of flour and chopped onion to the mixture, along with some salt and pepper (and any additional preferred seasoning)
- Form the mixture into burger patties
- Heat up the patties in a skillet
- Serve on a sub roll with avocado, lettuce, and tomato (cheese optional)
