Week in Review: 1/20-1/27

A brief review of the past week:

• Completed first week of spring semester courses
• Started spring semester of small group meetings with our church
• Enjoyed some tasty (and affordable) Vietnamese cuisine with my Sri Lankan classmate helping to guide our way through the menu
• Watched Conan O'Brien's final turn on the Tonight Show
• Enjoyed some good weekend walks with Penny
• Date night: homemade pizza and a free (for VCU students) movie
• Became members at City Church, followed by the monthly vespers dinner!
• The Superbowl matchup is set: New Orleans Saints vs. Indianapolis Colts
• Learned about eigenvalues and eigenvectors (it sounds like more fun than it is)
• Attended our first VCU basketball game (grateful that it is free for students, but we have to sit in the rowdy student section...we need to catch up on learning the special student chants!)
